Icopal OY continues growing in metal contracting

 Icopal Oy has acquired the façade cladding contracting company Suomen Ohutlevyasennus Oy. Suomen will now become an integrated part of Icopal’s metal contracting business.

The acquisition supports Icopal’s Nordic strategy to be the leading specialist in steel façade and roof sub-contracting in the building market.

Suomen Ohutlevyasennus Oy is specialised in façade cladding contracting in Turku in the Southwestern part of Finland. Suomen has generated a yearly turnover of about € 6.3 million and has 40 employees. The founder’s son Mr Jukka Stam, 34 years old construction engineer, will continue as Managing Director of the company.
